Get a Job, Build a Real Career and Defy a Bewildering Economy

Charles Hugh Smith

This book is an interesting read. Hughes forecasts industries that are ripe for disruption and provides commentary on structural suboptimization in some education and employment practices. The key takeaway that was motivating was Hughes’ emphasis on the necessity for “self-accrediation”. Here is a quick quote:

Since social media and web-based communication is now core to every enterprise and organization, displaying your working knowledge of web-based media is important step in accrediting your ability to communicate clearly.

Roberto Jordaney: Personal blog for fun and profit

Roberto created the Hugo Refresh theme. My site is is build on that theme as a foundation with some significant mods. Roberto's Refresh theme aesthetic was a fit for me. He's also been helpful in provided feedback and fixes as I have used his theme
